Flexible Content Duplicating Error

I am experiencing some weird issues when duplicating sets of Flexible Content. I have created a set of Flexible Content fields.
When I duplicate the 1st set to create a 2nd set everything appears to work fine. However, when I duplicate the 2nd set to create a 3rd set, something appears to break.
