• Im trying to manipulate the flexi pages plugin but am not having much luck.

What i am trying to do is better arrange the navigation in the blue bar on https://www.spotcream.com.

Currently it is hard coded into the php to display each link but what i would like to do is style the flexi pages widget to be just like it so that i dont have to recode the php when i make changes.

I would like to style and then call the flexi pages widget direct in to the php my knowledge is very limited with php so dont know how to go about this.

im currently using a modified version of the suffusion theme.

origionally i used the header widget area to display the navigation but it wasnt working as i would have to change the style of the widgets using css but this then changed all of the widgets to the same style which was very annoying.

Many thanks on any help given.

I would take any suggestions on different plugins to achieve the desired affect.

One user of the theme tried Pixo-point menu: https://gvrteam.gr/portal. I don’t know what exactly he did to get it to work, but it is worth a shot.

Sorry sayontan i didnt realise you created the theme lol.

It has some great options and i would recommend it to anyone using wordpress.

I have upgraded the theme and think i might be able to use the new navigation system you have made to achieve what i need.

I have just one question that is where would i find the css that controls how the nav bar looks im working on ebaysources.co.uk currently trying to build a better site for https://www.spotcream.com im using it as a testing site until i have the theme looking the way i want it.

Any help you could shed on styling the nav bar would be appreciated i want it styled to look like it does currently on my spot cream site.

    Many thanks

    Damien

I did put together a tutorial on how to use the theme’s “Custom Styles” option with Firebug. The tutorial illustrates how to tweak the style of the “Top navigation bar” (CSS element #nav-top). You can apply the same rules to the “Main Navigation bar” (CSS element #nav).

Ive encountered a slight problem i upgraded the theme by downloading from the link and the uploaded via ftp. When i went to acivate it i get taken to a blank screen.

Any ideas i have downloaded and re ftp it several time and just will not activate properly.
