    Hi ODude,
I created a new page Named Flexi Login with the short code [flexi-login] in it. When I published the page and viewed in front-end, it broke the page template. Please open the link in your browser.

I do see that same login box is being displayed 3 times and also it is breaking the layout.
    Is this the case ?

It shouldn’t loop. Did you inserted shortcode in right place ?

Try once by switching theme. I will get it done as soon as I found the proper reason.

I inserted the shortcode in a WordPress page with the help of Gutenberg shortcode block.

Let me re confirm you that, we didn’t found any issues with the code at our end.
    And no other complains yet.

Try clearing your cache, and try testing on clean new template.
