Flex Slider resizing and fading on page load

  • I’m using the Flex Slider and I’m really liking it. The only thing left to do is some small fine-tuning to make it really awesome.

    Right now when you load a page the header-image is resizing to fit within the borders of the wrapper. How can I prevent this from happening? And how can I let the first image of the slider not fade-in?
