Raw and unfinished

  • Only the first backup works. Next failed. And so indefinitely. Manual or automatic backup, it doesn’t matter.

    The page passes verification. Everything is fine on the server. All similar backup/restore/migrate plugins work fine. Total UpKeep is stubborn.

    Uninstalling and reinstalling. The first backup succeeds, each subsequent one failed.

    Sorry, this plugin is not working.

    Hi @vipteam,

    We appreciate your honest feedback no matter what it may be. I have a theory. Your issue could be some web hosting limitation preventing your web server from producing additional backups.

    Total Upkeep makes a log every time you create a backup, so that’s going to be the place we want to check first.

    Navigate to Total Upkeep > Tools > Logs and look for your most recent log. It will have a name like archive-XXXXXXXX.log. If you can copy that and paste it here, we’ll be able to get some more information about what went wrong.

    You can use a site like https://gist.github.com/ or https://pastebin.com/ to create and post a link to your log data into this thread.

    I’m sorry you’re dealing with this but we’re more than happy to help you get to the bottom of it.
