Flatsome Theme Slider is Broken

    We have a slider enabled on the main page of our website using UX Builder with Flatsome theme that appears after about 5 seconds of being on the main page. It showcases our product pictures and automatically advances but whenever you click on the arrows to advance the slider manually, the slider will close and the page returns to how it looks when it initially loads. Is there any reason the arrows do not simply advance to the next banner? Any help is much appreciated!
