Flats Rate not showing at checkout

Hi @staceisace,

I’d suggest you check your Shipping Zones settings. Make sure that the flat rate shipping method is enabled and configured correctly for the specific zones where you want it to apply.

If you’ve done this and the issue persists, try switching temporarily to a default WordPress theme like Storefront and turning off all other plugins except WooCommerce to see if the issue resolves.

As for the screenshots, they can be very helpful in diagnosing problems. For screenshots, you may use https://snipboard.io – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.

Make sure to include your shipping zone and flat rate shipping method setting’s screenshot.

Additionally, please can you share a copy of the following:

• System Status Report: Navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get System Report and then Download for Support.
• Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

As a next step, could you try with updating the theme to its latest version available (version 5.3.4, per its changelog), and see if the issue persists, or otherwise?

Furthermore, kindly resend us the screenshots showcasing the settings screens at WooCommerce > Settings > Tax, as not all of them were available, I’m afraid.

I’d recommend appending a *, after each entry, in the settings. Therefore, what now is TF4 (for example), will be TF4*.
