@serafinnyc Actually I went through it last night and this morning and unfortunately the two examples there: 10 + ( 2 * [qty] ) and 20 + [fee percent="10" min_fee="4"] can’t seem to do exactly what I want. I wonder if there’s a way around this OR if I have to start looking for another plugin to achieve this.

You’d need the table rate plugin to do that.

You must be configuring it wrong then. I use it on 4 of our sites and it works.

@serafinnyc hey I’m not saying the plugin doesn’t work. Rather I’m still figuring out how to set it up to make it work exactly as I posted in my first post.

You got it man! I’d really reach out to support since you paid for this plugin. Like @treibalen said, give them your formula and they’ll help get you squared away. From there you’ll know if this is for you or not.

By the way, this didn’t work in your tests? Super close to what you’re wanting to do in my test.

@serafinnyc Huge thanks for the tip. Unfortunately what your tip does is to charge $10 flat rate for an entire order of 4 items MAX. If items in cart is 5 and above, it switches to charging $2 per item in cart.

What I want is charge $10 flat for more than 4 items in cart and from 5 items above an additional $2 per item i.e an order of 6 items will cost $10 + $2 + $2 = $14 to ship.

I actually haven’t bought the plugin yet. I’m using the 30 day trial version first to see if it fits my needs or not. Does support attend to trial users? cc @treibalen

Then you’re missing something or I forgot to show something. I get $10 for up to 4 and $2 for ever additional shirt added. Test it out on my demo site.

I think your formula threw me off there just now too. Seemed to have changed.

Anyway, I added a 2 next to the other 2 and I got a better result.
