    I’m hoping someone might be able to tell me what I’m overlooking:

    I have my flat rate shipping formula set up as 3 +[fee percent=”10″ min_fee=”4″ max_fee=”12″]. I just received an order for three items, each $15 that had shipping total of $22.05 It is close to having the shipping formula added to each of the three items, rather than once to the entire cart order. I had expected a $7.50 shipping fee to applied. Not sure what I’ve missed…

    Thanks in advance…

    Jess

    Hi there!

    I just tested 3 + [fee percent="10" min_fee="4" max_fee="12"] as a Flat Rate on my test site with three products costing $15 each and the shipping returned was $7.50;

    Can you send a couple of screenshots of your shipping rates and a link to the products you are testing with?

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Thanks for looking at it! I tried it on my site not logged in as admin and I came up with $7.50, as well. When I I click on calculated shipping it gives me an option of $22.05, which my buyer for some reason chose in this instance. I don’t understand how that number was figured, but I feel better knowing the base rate is correct.

    Hi Jess,

    Thanks for confirming!

    Could this just be a case of the customer selecting one of the USPS rates during checkout as I am also seeing the flat rate and the USPS rates on the cart and checkout pages;

    We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
