    Greetings,

I’m trying to translate the word ‘Flat Rate’ in Arabic, I’ve already the put the translation but for some reason its not reflecting. Its reflecting correctly on the checkout but not on the orders summary which is strange. See the screenshot below and let me know if there is anything am I doing wrong or needs to be fixed. I’ll appreciate it a lot.

It may not be one and the same string. In this case, each one should be translated separatelly.

How the string from the checkout looks like when selected in Translation Editor?

    Hi Alex,

Thanks for the response man. I’ve translated it like normal translations in the checkout and it seems to be working fine. I’ve also translated it from the strings as well in the backend but it doesn’t suppose to reflect on the my account page for some reason. Please see the screenshot below on how I translated it on the shipping page.

And how it looks like when you select, in Translation Mode, the flat rate string on order sumary page? Please, send me a screenhot.

If it’s the same string, and the translation is set, then probably is a caching issue.

For your knowledge, I haven’t got any cache plugin/system available on my website so far. I’ve also replaced it through strings but it doesn’t seems to be reflecting for some reason.

From what I noticed from your screehosts, there are 2 different string there.
one is Flat Rate: and the other one just Flat Rate (without “:”). They are different so they should be translated separately.
