    Could someone help me with a shipping formula for my international buyers please? I would like it to be $8 shipping UNLESS they have 4 items or more in their cart – then it’s free shipping. I can figure out how to make it $8 plus something – but cannot for the life of me figure out how to make it $8 UNLESS there’s 4 or more items purchased. I’m pulling my hair out here! Help please?? Thanks in advance!
