Flat rate shipping not working after wocommerce update

i believe i have the issue on my site solve

in the Shipping Class Costs area

i removed this from the cost + ( ) * [qty]

left only the price 20.00 ..as it was before

After the update these characters were added to the actual flat rate cost
and so the system could not render the previous settings

have you applied appropriate price classes to appropriate products ?

also did you double checked wheather free shipping method is switched off letme know

yes mine worked that way but unfortunately i charge the shipping price * the qty and do not know the code for it

yes free shipping is not enabled and on the shipping list there is no tick, yes each product has the shipping class on each individual product pages as before the update, i havent changed these but did check to see they were still there which they are, i need the appropriate code for charging shipping class times by qty as i dont believe it was right with the +) thing at the end in the cost section

its something that showed up after the update and so the settings in the products cant read the settings in the classes

i already have mine is just numbers 5, 4.50, and 0 but it is not charging the customer for how many are in the cart i need it to charge them 10 for 2 specific products in the cart

i have fixed it i hope, it is 5*[qty] no ‘+’ and no ‘)’ and make sure there is no spaces between

try playing with the Calculation Type
i think yours is a different problem

I saw item costs mentioned. if you want an item cost, use something like;

1 * [qty]

its fixed thank you moses it was a code problem the update puts in a + and a ) for some weird reason. it must be 5*[qty] to times the cost per item added to cart. thank you for all your help both of you, back to my elf business ??

yes mike but with no spaces ?? thats why mine was not working i thought it looked like spaces on the example, it has to be all together to work x
