Have the flat rate shipping formulas stopped working? All our websites’ zones’ used to use formulas in line with this documentation: https://woo.com/document/flat-rate-shipping/
i.e. 3+ ( 1.5 * [qty] )

All of a sudden (probably with the latest update), all shipping costs are just single values, the formulas are gone and cannot be re-inserted. When adding a formula and saving, it ignores it an only uses the first value (i.e. 3 in my example).

We’ve just checked a number of our websites and all of them have lost their formulas.

What’s happening?

It looks like you have indeed messed-up big time.

According to the changelog of the latest BETA release from yesterday, this issue has been addressed… but only after you basically killed all the existing formulas with the earlier update.

As you already know, our developer is aware of this known issue and has implemented the necessary fixes.

You can either try out the beta version or patiently wait until we release the new version with all the fixes.

That’s not correct, @afzalpansuvi.
We did not use % in our formulas, and they still broke.

As a warning to users trying to fix this by re-entering formulas before the fix is officially released: don’t. If you change the input value now, it won’t automatically pick up the previous formula when the new version is being released. Download and install the pre-release https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/pull/42795 instead.
