    Good Day,

I’m using Woocommerce Flat Rate for shipping ($30.00). This cost is being added when customer enters their address, however it is not being shown on the cart details:

    Product Subtotal

    KN95 Face Mask × 1 $TTD 220
    Subtotal $TTD 220
    V.A.T $TTD 28
    Total $TTD 278

    Please help urgently.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @eldonphillips,

I took a look at your site. Right off the bat, I noticed that the header cart showed two items in it. Since this is my first visit, it should have been empty. That could indicate that caching is causing information from other users to be displayed to the current shopper.

I would suggest disabling the caching on the site and see if it impacts your shipping and the items in the cart. If it does, the caching may need to be adjusted so it’s not caching items it shouldn’t like the cart, checkout, and account pages.

Also, when I tried checking out with a London address, it did not offer any shipping options, or VAT. Here’s a screenshot of what I ran into.

Hopefully, disabling the caching will fix this. If it still gives you trouble, I would look at a code conflict as a possible cause. We have a guide to troubleshooting these here:

Let me know what you find out.

    Cheers!
