flat rate shipping

  • Can I ask another question please? I want to add 2 flat rate shipping in the USA zone. one is the products will be shipped outside the US, the other shipping is within the US. Do you have any idea how to set it up? or do I create shipping class to add the products shipped within the US as domestic? Thanks you

    Also,when add the item to cart, it didn’t say anything and cart shows “0” items.
    Any solutions?
