Flat Rate cost only being applied once

    Hello,

    Very nice plug-in, simply and easy to use. I am wondering though if the following is possible. Currently the Flat Rate that I have set up is only being applied once. It does not change if multiple items are added or if multiple quantities of an item are added.

    How can I get the cost to update with multiple items and quantities?
