Flat file cms to wordpress

I’ve been using a flat file cms and I want to come back to WP, the downside is there’s no tool for me to export from that cms and/or to import into WP. I’ve gone through the Codex Importing Content and what comes close is #52 Importing from a Site of Static Pages, however I couldn’t wrap my head around it.

Any help is highly appreciated.
