    Hi,

Discounts seem to be given when ordering more than one of a singular product.

    For example a $291,- product with a $40,- option becomes $331,-

However, when ordering two of the same product they become $311,- each instead of $331,-

When ordering 3 they become $304,- each. It keeps adding up.

Flat fee should use a set price, no? Any idea what’s causing this?

    Hi @mtsbkr

A flat fee means adding a fixed price while ignoring the quantity. So if you add a flat fee of 10, but you buy 2 items, then the fee is not multiplied with that quantity. So it becomes 5 per item (this is the “discount” you refer to), so the total over 2 items is still 10 (the initial flat fee you set in the settings, and not resulting in a discount ).

    I hope this explains it!

Our free version only allows flat fee pricing. I guess you are looking for quantity-based pricing (pricing that is multiplied together with the quantity). That is a pro feature I am afraid. Please do not be angry with us as we explain this in the plugin in a few places:

    1) on the pricing setting itself: https://i.snipboard.io/64gmDk.jpg?I
    2) Underneath the pricing setting, that link says “important note about pricing”.
    3) In the description it is listed as a limitation: https://i.snipboard.io/BFvOMi.jpg
