Flat fee for addons not summing up to total

  • Greetings,

    I am using the plugin “Advanced Product Fields for WooCommerce” v1.3.4 and when I attempt to add an accesory like shown in the submitted link ($14.000) the value is not added to the total of the product. I contacted “StudioWombat” (owner of the plugin) and the told me their plugin is fine and it might be related to theme issue.

    Please try to switch to the default theme like twentytwenty for the testing and check if it is working ok with that or not.

    I’ve tried with the theme TwentyTwenty and Astra and the plugin works fine on both.

    Try to disable the ajax add to cart feature via Appearance > customize > woocommerce > single product, and check it works or not. If it still doesn’t work, kindly share the steps to reproduce it and mention the plugin link.

    The Ajax feature on add to cart is disabled. The ticket submitted with the owners of the pluign can be found here where I described that I tried with other themes and the plugin in mention works fine.

    we will see what we can do to make it work. Sorry, but at present, I am not sure from where the issue is coming. I’ll pass it to the dev team to look into it and if possible, please share the steps to reproduce the issue.

    Hello,

    To reproduce the issue just add the plugin here then go to a product page and set the addons. Next, try to buy the product with the addons and you’ll see the value of the addon won’t sum up to the total of the product.
