Flashing Sidebar On Upward Scroll

    Hi,

    The sidebar works great when I scroll down the page, but seems to flash for each refresh when scrolling upward. Unfortunately I cannot set the refresh rate to 0 since I need the bottom margin on the sidebar to clear the footer.

    Is there a way to set the refresh rate to 0 ONLY on an upward scroll? Or, do you have any suggestions as to how I can stop the flashing when scrolling up the page?
