flash wont play?

I have some XML driven flash and it will not play the images in the slide that has been set up.

I’ve embedded it with the following:

however I just get a white box and no images, and it crashes if viewed in Internet Explorer.

I’ve changed the xml file to directly link to the files… to no avail!
