Flash Video Player still now working

I have a test site: https://www.allencolucciandross.com/blog/ and I’m trying to get the Flash Video Player working. I’m using version 3.1. I have looked at the site of the creator (I think) at https://mac-dev.net/blog/frequently-asked-questions/#faq000 and I did the xml file and uploaded it to my server root directory. I dont get any errors on the video but it won’t play.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
