Flash Video Player 2.0 help needed

So I am trying out this plugin, it seemed to install fine and I was able to get the plugin to work on a friend’s website. We are both using 1and1 hosting service on their Linux servers. I am not able to get the plugin to properly work for me though. I can get the flash player to load on the screen and look like it is trying to load the video file but it never actually loads. It just keeps ‘loading’ until I leave the page. I have tried calling the video several different ways, one using quotes around the filename and one without, one just using video/filename.flv /] and another using https://www.website.com/wp-content/video/filename.flv /] and none of them seem to work It is a 3mb flash video and i didn’t know if that had anything to do with it as my friends was 1.4mb If anyone has any suggestions or answer i would love to hear them. thanks
