Flash Version Error

    Hello!

    We are having trouble with our .m4v videos that we upload using this plugin. Even if we have a fully up-to-date version of Flash installed, viewers are getting a prompt to update their Flash player:

    “Flash version 9,0 or greater is required
    You have no flash plugin installed
    Download latest version from here”

    Version of Download Monitor being used: Version 3.3.5.7

    We’ve tried research other alternatives for fixing this issue and bypass the Flash prompt, but it doesn’t even make sense that it’s showing up in the first place, and so far nothing has worked. Any help to fix this is greatly appreciated!

    Please note that you are using an outdated version of our plugin. More than a year ago we had updated the entire plugin code and renamed the version number from 1.0 onwards. The latest current version is 1.9.7.

    Also, please note that the flash issue is not related to our plugin. Our support is limited to the use of our plugin.
