Flash uploader with Flash 10

  • I upgraded to Flash 10 today, and now the flash uploader is not working. I searched through this site and found a post made 6 months ago about flash 10 not being compatable with the uploader. Just wanted to ask if it still is incompatable. If so, when will it become compatable. Or, where can I downgrade to flash 9?

    It looks like Adobe removed a feature that the uploader depended on.

    Thanks Kelson. I think I have an older flash installer download somewhere on my computer.

    I gotta say I’m not convinced this is entirely a flash issue. I was experiencing an issue where I would try to upload the files but nothing would happen when I clicked the upload button on the uploader. I’m using WP 2.6.2 and 10.0.12.36 of flash with Firefox 3.0.3. However I decided to try using IE 7.0.5730.11 and it worked the way it normally does. I’m using a ton of addons but I disabled the ones I can remember adding since I started experiencing the issue. Still can’t get it to work. Anyone else?

    hi i am trying to watch vidios on facebook but i can’t watch them as it says i must upload to flash 10. . when i click on the link, it brings me to the site. . when i click on ‘upload’ and ‘install’ nothing ever happends? :S
    i have done it about 8 times and am unsure of what to do.
    i have looked around on the website but nothing seems to be of any use?
    does anyone know what i am doing wrong. . or what the problem is???
