Flash Uploader not showing image options.

HI there, having an issue with the flash uploader here.

The theme i currently use allows me to set up a featured image through the worpress uploader. Now what it is, is when i go to upload it the flash one works fine but when i finishes uploading it doesnt show any option for the image like left hand alignment etc… all there is, is the text of the image name.

Although when i switch to the other uploader it all works fine and i can do it without a hitch.

Now i dont mind using the other one but i would like the main one to work again.

I have installed and reinstall both wordpress and my theme but to no avail.
