Flash Slideshow not running after 3.4 WP Update

I use Showit Slideshow (flash-based) slideshow on my blog. I use an embed url to show them. After I updated to WP 3.4 there is now white space where the slide show should be, but it’s not showing up on posts. That goes for recent posts and a few-years-old posts.
