Flash-Plugin for little effects in the “blog title” area?

    i need something to make a little flash effect, something stylish in the area of the blog title, for example some underlining that pops up under the blog title oder something similar like a blog title (h1) that flys into the blog or JUST ANYTHING!

    …anyone knows a plugin for these kind of things?
    i dont really know any flash but i have to do such a effect for the coporate blog of my brother… so are there any plugins or something?
