Flash header showing on homepage but not others

I am using the NEOCLASSICAL theme but I wanted to change it from a static image header into a flash header which is not really a problem. I was able to get a flash header there but it only shows on the homepage and not the other pages. I am not sure if it has something to do with xml which is what I am using to add images.
