Flamingo – no address book entries and blank inbound messages

Hi,

I need some help in understanding why my installation of Flamingo is not recording contacts in the address book and the lines that are appearing in the “inbound messages” are all blank.

In my website I have 4 different forms.

I know the forms are being filled out, because I’m getting the emails.

I’m fairly new to WordPress and I’m not really a coder, so I feel a bit lost on why it’s not working as it should.

If this is possibly down to the server environment what do I need to look for?

Any help really appreciated.
