Flamingo does not receive files?

Hello, I use flamingo and contact form 7. What happens is when the customer submits a request, a file is usually attached, however the file that was submitted does not appear in Flamingo.

Is it something wrong or is it a code error? I’ve looked in the logs and it doesn’t show anything
