Flags on Top Bar

Hi this is the code i use for the flash in any place of the site
<?php echo qtrans_generateLanguageSelectCode(‘image’); ?>

How can i put the widget to the right of the screen and make the flags bigger using CSS?
p.s: i only have basic knowledge of coding
