Flags not showing up against topbar menu (Nimble Builder / Hueman Pro theme)

    Hello @edo888

    I have started an E-commerce site.

    I utilise a theme builder on top of a base theme for my “page” – pages only.

    The core main theme is Hueman Pro and the “post” – pages are fine and the translate flags appended to the right of the topbar menu as expected.

    However, for my site “Pages” – Pages I utilise a theme add on (nimble builder pro) from the same company that authors the base theme Hueman Pro (Presscustomizer).

    I have there pages authored, edited and customised by my Nimble builder pro add-on. These pages are – Home,Projects and privacy policy.

    The problem is that the flags are not appended to the right of the topbar menu of these three pages so I can’t translate them.

    Your plugin is currently active on my site and if you take a look at the home page you see no flags appended to the home page main topbar menu. if you look at the shop page or any of the posts then you will see the flags ready for translation choice as expected.

    You can also see the differences via the browser inspector.

    Do you have a resolution for this or is there a way to configure the customiser menu section to force append the flags to these three main pages?

    Finally, as I am testing this plugin in readiness for the pro version; do you have an option to auto detect the browser language so the pages are presented in it’s own language on first load?

    Update..

    Seems there is another solution to the topbar issue.

    I have removed the ideal location for my flags, where it appendeds to the end (right) of the topbar menu; and selected the floating to right flag section instead.

    This does away with the lacking script call by nimble builder.

    Regards the auto browser language set on page load I can see this option in the admin section (sorry about that “wood for trees” as they say). So that answers that question, thanks..

    If you still know of a way to establish the append to the right of the topbar for my nimble builder main pages then I would look to implement the pro version but only if implementing the pro version does not lead to another break as I will need to look at the natural translation..

    For example correction is needed for the terms like “Cookies”
    current translation converts to “Biscuits” in French.. ?? ??

    Look forward to your thoughts and solutions on the above as this solution does not resolve very well on mobiles as it partially covers the hamburger button..

    I could increase the padding {0px, 15px, 0px, 0px;} to bring it in screen a little but I would then need to confirm the selector for that and it would seem a hack and not a very clean way to do things.

    If you need access then I can arrange that too..

    Final update for the evening..

    I have seen your hard coded element for the div wrapper and it’s ID so I have for a temporary measure added a CSS rule as below to move the flags in further so they don’t cover the mobile menu.

    }

    I would still like to have a resolution for the topbar menu issue though as it looks like all translates ok including the WooCommerce pages.

    In the pro version, considering my theme build differences what would you suggest regards the sub choice?

    Hi,

    Good to know that you have found a solution. Every website is different and we allow CSS customizations, so you can customize the position and overall look and feel to match your theme. You can define different CSS rules for different screen resolutions as well.

    If you go with our paid version the language selector will be the same. My recommendation is sub-domain URL structure as it is more platform independent and faster as the translated content is being served directly from our servers and do not pass through your server.
