• Hi Dennis,

I’m working on WordPress 4.3.1 on a local server MAMP and on the “Twentyfifteen child” theme with Child Themify , as with multisite.

I activated the plugin Multisite Language Switcher, and prepared the links with another language and other page during the configuration of my pages (French, Dutch and English) , but in the front office, i dont have any flag or language name for switch.

However, I activated the “Flag and description” display in main settings of all my sites (multisite) but cannot still see the flags

I can only see a link to the other pages on the front office when I check “Add hint for available translations”, but this is not my first choice, I would like to have the flags !

I would like to notice that I am on MAMP and not online . Is this the problem ?
I created my active website with Dreamweaver but I would really like to switch to WordPress and use your plugin, so this is my first experience .

    Can you help me ?

    Thanks

    Hi,

just use the widget if you want the flags in your sidebar, or you can use an add-on like MslsMenu if you want these flags in a NavMenu, or just use the PHP code <?php the_msls(); ?> in your template files…

    Cheers,
    Dennis.

    Hello Dennis,

You will see my first WordPress multisite online with your very helpfull plugin : https://www.orlcenter.be

THANKS VERY MUCH, I want you to continue the development of this plugin
    I will make a donation !

On a iPAD, I cannot see the flags on the right of my “menu bar” , only on the screen of a computer . Can you adapt this on a next version ?

    Thanks in advance !

    Hi,

thanks for your message. ?? Please check if you have a second menu for mobile content in your theme. This could be the reason why you can not see the flag on your iPad.

    Cheers,
    Dennis.

    Hello Dennis,

I cannot find a second menu for mobile content in my theme (HighTide Theme for WordPress).
Notice that the flags disappear, in the same way, when I work on my

      desktop

and I’m reducing the size of my browser (responsive design).
What code can be written to get the flags in the responsive menu ?

I have also another problem : I can link the categories one to each other (desensibilisation FR – desensbilisatie NL – denensitization ENG) But on the front when I swap from one language to the other when I am on a page of a CATEGORY ( this categories above are for example present in my menu) , it works one time good, one time not .

This is the link to this category : https://www.orlcenter.be/blog/category/desensibilisatie/

Can you try it ? (all the links to the other languages are correct, I renewed them again and again three times, in the page of my categories)
    Thanks in advance,

    Nadine
