Flags in the Menu

Is there a template or plugin out there that allows you to have a menu that consists of a few selected flags? The plugin World Flags I believe doesn’t do this as it only show the flags of the visitors. There’s probably a long winded way to do this in design or php, but that’s probably too complex and time consuming for me. Greatly appreciate any help
