Flags horizontal, without the text

    Oh, and isn’t it possible to just put the option in the plugin-settings, knowing so many people want to use the plugin this way? Or is the problem different per theme?

    Yes you are right. It’s a CSS question for your theme author. Polylang doesn’t act on the theme CSS.
    You can remove the text by unchecking ” Displays language names” in the language switcher options.

    That can be, but putting the flags horizontal is not a “theme problem”. My question was, if you read it literally, is the problem different with every theme.
    The problem is the same issue, but maybe it has to be handled differently per theme…
