Fixing the bug

  • @cweavermitcs there’s been a longstanding bug in Separate Media when you access the settings page. I took a look at this and it seems that you were calling a non existent function, so I simply removed this call. I’ve also a couple of other suggested changes for your plugin and I was wondering if I could contribute?

    Hi Jan,

    I’m really sorry if that’s how my post was intepreted. I’m simply trying to contact the author with some suggested changes. Is there a better way of contacting the author?

    This is a free plugin provided for free by an author on their own time as a volunteer.

    @ pinging people to escalate or get their attention isn’t appropriate. If you get a reply, great. That’s cool and it does happen. But please respect the people who volunteer just as you do.

    Have some patience and wait for a reply. Don’t bump, don’t @ them, just wait for the volunteer to follow up with you. If they don’t then consider using a different plugin.
