Fixing my User Profile fields

When I was first looking for a membership plugin, I found one that let me customize user profile fields (address, city, state, etc.) I used it, but uninstalled it once I decided to go with s2member. I’ve forgotten the name of this plugin ever since I deleted it.

I’ve added my custom user profile fields and user registration is going great. But the profile fields from the previous plugin is sticking around. How can I remove the user profile fields from the previous plugin? I want to keep the ones being used in s2member.
