Fixing iPhone/iPad Safari greyed-out/disabled File Upload Button

Safari Upload Enabling is disabled within Safari by Apple !????!

By the way, this particular workaround will only work with a jailbroken iPhone/iPad as the workaround itself runs through a downloadable Cydia tweak i.e. Safari Upload Enabler
