Fixing install errors

I have a fresh ubuntu LAMP install. I just installed the latest version of wordpress. I tried installing dr-life-saver theme, and wordpress immediately sent me to the “The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” page…

Upgrading from php7.2 to 7.3 and installing the php-imagick module solved this problem.
