Fixing Index after site hacked

hey guys, so i recently found out my new wordpress site was hacked fairly quickly without my knowledge, i managed to remove the wadminw account, and ran sucuri and a few other malware removal tools and fixed over 392 .htaccess files and content.php, the only file left still with an issue is index.php

the index.php looks like this sorry its alot, and i want to remove the weird code but when i do i just get a php error
