Fixing homepage

When I first go to oaklandfh.com, I get the page I want, but if I click on home, a different page appears (oaklandfh.com/home/). I tried to the delete the word home when editing the page, but it won/t delete. Can someone please help me out with making the home page the same thing as the starting page?

P.S. I know how to do it by editing the html if there is a way to do that.
