Fixing gap between top of page and the title/content

Hello!

I need help with the code I should plug into my Custom CSS Manager to decrease the huge gap between the top of the page and where the content begins. I’ve disabled page titles on each page, but the content is pushed really far down.

The page I’m referencing is here and on other pages like this one I want to create images instead of page titles, but they’re being pushed down really far as well.

I am a total rookie and need help with the code. Would you please help me by providing something to copy into the Custom CSS Manager?
