Fixing an Optional Field Issue

Thank you to the plugin support team who helped us to solve the issue with the field “Region”.

The issue we had was that our field “Region” set up as a mandatory one on the backend was shown as an optional one on the frontend confusing our customers during check-out. This happened (who can imagine) because New Zealand, as a country, considers its regions not like states but as lands/regions. This fact required Check Out Field Editor to implement a bit of custom coding to overcome the issue and the support team seamlessly helped us with it. Their knowledgeable and prompt response assisted us with the query and, as a result, improved our online customers’ user experience.
