Fixes for deliveries and mobile view

Hey hows it going, I needed to fix some code for a client and he agreed to allow to be released here. This fix implements the following:
1. Fix for mobile view, needed to load the weedmaps code locally since it runs a document write. Most mobile browsers will not allow an external script to write to a local page for security reasons.
2. Shortcode support for deliveries. specific attribute “type” example:
[weedmaps_menu type="deliveries"]1234[/weedmaps_menu]3. CSS fixes for overlapping rows
