    Hello,

First let me say that I’ve been using Tablepress for over a year and couldn’t live without it. I appreciate all of your hard work.

I’m having an issue with Fixedheaders, however, where it shifts the columns when it activates. I’ve tried completely removing all custom CSS in plugin options in case that was the issue, but it didn’t help.

Starting out, the table looks like this (normal)

Once fixedheader is activated, it will do this:

It will keep doing this when you scroll up and down with a fixed header until it finally settles here:

I’d rather not share the actual site page, but am happy to email the developer directly with that information should he need it. Thank you for your time.

    Hi,

thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

Yes, this is indeed strange, and usually there’s CSS code that interferes. I’ve however also had cases where no clear cause and fix could be found ??

I would really need to look at the page directly, can you therefore email me the link? My address is in the main plugin file “tablepress.php”. Thanks!

    Regards,
    Tobias

I am having the same issue. The header text is shifting toward the right when the fixed header is activated. Info how to fix this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    Hi jb4222,

    as mentioned above, I don’t know a 100% fix yet ??

    Regards,
    Tobias

Thanks for the response Tobias. The site I am working with currently is on a staging site at the moment so I can’t send over a link currently. If looking at the page would help I will try and figure something out though as this is definitely something that we would like to try and help get fixed.

    Hi,

thanks for the email with the link! I can confirm that the issue happens there, but as already guessed above, I don’t really know what’s causing this and I don’t see a clear fix ?? I’m really sorry.

jb4222: It will most likely be the same problem for your table, I’m afraid ??

Sorry that I can’t really provide a solution here.

    Regards,
    Tobias
