Fixed widget window size

When you have a lot of products in cart the window is bigger then the screen, could someone help to fit widget into screen dimensions?
So, for ex if you have only 2 or 3 items in cart its okay to show cart in size, smaller then the screen, but when you have 10 it should stick to the bottom of the screen and display a scroll bar.
Please help, i tried so many code variations and none of them work for me ((
