    fixed widget not working in firefox.
    fixed widget works in Google chrome ?

    Fixed Widget should work in all current browsers. But it might not be compatible with all themes and plugins.

    I couldn’t find a container that contains a fixed widget on the website you mentioned.
    By the way I saw many JavaScript errors in the console window (https://webmasters.stackexchange.com/questions/8525/how-do-i-open-the-javascript-console-in-different-browsers). You should take care of them first. This need not necessarily be the cause of the problem but should be excluded.
