FIXED – Visual Editor Not Working

It appears there are several things that can cause this to happen. Here is what fixed my issue. Go to general settings in wordpress admin and see what the word press address and site address url’s are. Now, go to your database, phpmy admin and check the table wp_options. Make sure that home and siteurl MATCH whatever you have in general settings. My address had a / in the database but not in wp-admin.
