Fixed text always pasted when using Document shortcodes

    I’m using Shortcodes Ultimate and I’ve been experiencing a minor but persistent bug lately.

    Whenever I use the Document shortcode, some elements of a previous Document integration (just the name of the previous document, at times up to four lines).

    How can I get a “clean” code without reminders of the previous downloads?
